Ace Express Freight is one of Ireland's leading freight companies. Ace Express has appointed Storage Systems Ltd to design, supply & install Dexion P-90 Pallet Racking for their warehouse distribution centres located in Clonshaugh, Lusk and Balbriggan in Dublin.

The Solution

Each warehouse distribution centre consists of 500 bays of Dexion P-90 Pallet Racking been over 8m high x 3.3m wide with 4 beam levels used for storing 8,000 pallets which are accessed by articulated forklift trucks. Column protectors are fitted to each upright and Rack end barriers were fitted to the end of each row of Pallet Racking to reduce collision damage.

8m high racking frames
3.3m wide bays
1100mm deep racking frames to suit euro pallets
total of 24,000 pallet stored
