Dexion Speedlock Mkiii |
| Adjustable Pallet Racking |
The simplest and most widely used pallet storage format, with all pallets directly accessible. |
| Double Deep Racking |
Used with specialised trucks that have extending forks, this configuration can take four pallets deep in a double entry rack. |
| Narrow Aisle and Crane Racking |
Narrow Aisle racking makes optimum use of floor area and height, whilst permitting individual access to all pallets. Specially designed handling equipment (trucks and cranes) is needed to maneouvre in the narrow aisle between the racks. |
| Deepstore Drive-In Racking |
The Drive-In Rack System consists of continuous blocks of pallet storage. Pallets are loaded onto cantilevered rails by conventional trucks. Provides safe, stable storage for easily damaged loads that are not suitable for block-stacking. |
| Push Back Rack |
Push Back Rack is a form of pallet flow rack where pallets are stored two, three or four deep. Using a forklift truck, pallets are both loaded and unloaded from one aisle, by the use of a telescopic trolley system. |
| Pallet Glidestock |
Pallets are loaded at the upper end of sloping lanes and move down under the force of gravity when a pallet is removed from the picking face. One block of Pallet Glidestock requires only two gangways; a 'loading face' and a 'picking face'. |
| Poweracks Mobile Racking |
|
Individually controlled mobile pallet racks run on precision-laid steel rails. When a pallet is required, the appropriate aisle is opened up by operating the electrically-driven bases. Only one aisle is required to service a number of racks. |
